Hotel Reservation Policies
All hotel reservations require a one-night, non-refundable room deposit. This will be charged by the hotel at confirmation which takes 7-10 business days from the request date. This deposit does not guarantee your room if you do not check in on your confirmed arrival date. Any guest room reservation that does not check in on their confirmed arrival date will be automatically cancelled and will only be reinstated based on the hotels availability.
In order to reserve a room within the Nareit negotiated group block, you must be registered for the conference. If a hotel room is reserved, but the guest is not registered for the Conference, the hotel reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival and changes must be emailed to info@sreconference.com. All change requests are subject to room availability. To avoid an early departure fee, you must advise the hotel at time of check-in.
